This
intense, interactive 60-hour course prepares the student with the skills
necessary to work in the Purser Department (Front-Desk).
This course
has been designed to train individuals in the duties and responsibilities
of working on board a cruise ship. The skills you learn in this program
will be transferable to many other careers.

Pre-requisites
- Post
secondary education in hospitality is an asset or at least two
(2) years experience in a related field. Note, certain cruise
lines require 2-years experience at the front desk.
- Strong
public relations/customer service experience.
- Additional
languages are a definite asset for this position.
